主题：The Impact of Public Officials’Corruption on the Size and Allocation of US State Spending

讲座人简介：Cheol joins the Department of Public Policy of City University of Hong Kong from January 2014. Before he came to Hong Kong, he taught at Indiana University Purdue University at Indiana polis in the United States. Cheol majored in public finance and public policy analysis at Indiana University (Bloomington). He got a master degree in economics at London School of Economics. His main research interest is in fiscal health of governments and reforms implementable.

The topic that Dr Cheol will talk about is a paper he published in Public Administration Review(PAR) last year。
