内容概要：The discussion begins by reviewing the general concepts and looking at the different types of surveys: i.e., Questionnaires and Interviews. We then discuss the issues in the construction the survey instrument, including the different types of questions; issues in question wording; and question sequence in the instrument. We will then open the floor to discuss questions/issues in the telephone interview in the follow up study of involuntary donation, to be implemented soon.

嘉宾简介：Dr. Greg Chen currently is a tenured professor, teaching public administration at Baruch College, School of Public Affairs in New York City, USA. He primarily teaches Program Evaluation, Budgeting, Accounting, and Financial Analysis, Policy Analysis, Research Methods, etc. courses. Dr. Chen previously has worked for government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations in senior positions in the US, Canada and China. Professor Chen has a Ph.D. in public administration, a M.A. in Educational Administration and a M. Eng. in Metallurgical Engineering.
