上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院公共经济与社会政策系讲师，上海交通大学城市治理研究院助理研究员。2016年于英国伦敦大学学院巴特莱特学院（University College London, Bartlett School）取得城市规划博士。研究方向为城市规划、城市治理。
