嘉宾简介：Richard Feiock is internationally recognized for his expertise in local government and local democraticinstitutions. He is editor of Public Administration Review, the leading professional journal of public Administration. He holds the Jerry Collins Eminent Scholar Endowed Chair and is the Augustus B. Turnbull Professor of Public Administration and Policy in the Askew School at Florida State University and is the founding director of the FSU Local Governance Research Laboratory.   He has published five books and over one-hundred fifty refereed articles. His work appears in the leading scholarly journals ofpolitical science, public administration, planning and urban affairs.
